Money is personal. Here is exactly what stays on your phone, what reaches our servers and when, and what we never ask for.
Where your data lives

On your phone only. We never receive it.

Your entries are stored on our servers, in a database in the EU (Frankfurt), so they reach your other devices and your household.

The photo is read to fill in the expense, then stored with it.

Computed from your figures; an AI writes the sentence from those figures only, never from your individual entries.
What we never do
- Ask for your bank login
SpendMind never connects to your bank. You decide what you record.
- Sell your data
Your data is used to run SpendMind for you, nothing else.
- Show you ads
No advertising, in the apps or on this site.
You stay in control
- Export everything
All your data as JSON or CSV, whenever you want.
- Delete your account
From the app settings, with everything stored with us.
- Lock the app
A PIN keeps the app closed to anyone holding your phone.
- Choose what you record
Notes, shops and photos are optional. Record only what helps you.
