Questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Start the 3-month trial from the app; nothing is charged when it ends.
Why is the price the same in dollars, euros and pounds?
We keep one simple price everywhere: $5.99 a month or $49.99 a year in your currency. European prices include VAT.
How does the launch offer work?
Choose the yearly plan and your first year costs $34.99. It renews at $49.99 a year, and you can cancel before that in your store.
How do I cancel?
In your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, in a few taps. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
Does my partner need to pay too?
No. One Premium covers the shared space; members join free.
How many receipts can I scan?
Up to 100 a month per Premium subscription, shared with your household. A member with their own Premium brings their own 100. Once they're used, you can still save the expense with the photo attached.
Can I pay on the website?
Not yet. Premium is bought in the mobile app, and the web app recognizes your subscription as soon as you sign in.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your data stays. Premium features lock, and the shared spaces you own become read-only until you renew.
